ITCEN Group said on Jan. 5 it will completely overhaul its 2026 business structure from an existing system integration (SI)-centered model to one centered on AI solutions and services.
In its New Year’s message, ITCEN Group declared 2026 the first year of “Team ITCEN,” beyond “ONE ITCEN.” It is a strategy to break down barriers between corporate entities and unify the group’s capabilities to provide customers with differentiated AI innovation value.
ITCEN Group presented three business execution measures to move beyond a simple IT services company and leap into a solutions specialist. They are pursuing an “All about AI” strategy, maximizing “ONE ITCEN” synergy and completing the transition into a solutions company.
ITCEN Group Chairman Jin-mo Kang said, “In the AI era, where technological change is extreme, adequate capability does not work, and only companies with prepared top-level capability can win.” He added, “Let 2026 be the year when all ITCEN Group affiliates bring their capabilities together as ‘Team ITCEN,’ create synergy and be reborn as a solutions company that maximizes customer business value.”
