AhnLab is recruiting schools and groups nationwide to take part in its “2026 large-scale online live tour programme” for middle, high school and university students interested in IT and security.
AhnLab’s “large-scale online live tour programme” is a non-face-to-face career experience programme conducted via YouTube live broadcasts. It is designed to help participants understand the information security industry and key jobs.
This year it will hold one session each: a tour for university students on April 30 and a tour for middle and high school students on July 6. It will recruit about 500 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis.
The programme consists of detailed sessions including an introduction to information security company AhnLab, an overview of key roles such as software developer and malware analyst, and a virtual tour of the company’s headquarters. Multiple schools and groups will participate simultaneously in each session. Participants can join the live broadcast on their personal smart devices regardless of location, communicate with the host and deepen their understanding of information security companies and key jobs.
An AhnLab official said that with students’ interest in the information security field rising, the company expanded the online live tour programme into a large-scale format to offer more students opportunities to encounter the industry and jobs. The official said the company hopes the programme will serve as an opportunity for students interested in information security to experience the actual industry and jobs more closely.
