Douzone Bizon said on April 8 it is accelerating efforts to upgrade its 'ONE AI tax law assistant' ahead of the comprehensive income tax filing season in May.

The ONE AI tax law assistant is an intelligent agent service that answers tax queries based on laws, court rulings and official interpretations data. It provides immediate answers grounded in the latest laws, rulings and official interpretations even to complex questions such as processing withholding tax receipts for job changers, personal deductions under revised tax laws and deductions for gifted property related to childbirth, the company explained.

The technical foundation of the service is the knowledge-graph search technology 'NOVA (Node Oriented Vast Agents)' developed in-house by the Douzone AI Research Institute. It understands the complex hierarchical structure of tax laws in a multi-dimensional way, draws out issues from a legal perspective and presents systematic answers.
