AI solutions firm BrainCrew and HanbitN, an AI education company under Hanbit Media Group, said on April 7 they signed a strategic memorandum of understanding to jointly develop AI education content and expand the ecosystem.
Under the agreement, the two sides plan cooperation in joint branding and marketing such as press releases and cross-marketing. They also plan to provide and commercialise AI education content based on DeepAgentBuilder, a tool that helps users build agent systems easily using natural language. The partners will also cooperate in planning, editing and distributing AI text content such as articles and books. They also plan AI technology-based content production and service development, platform use and support for offline education spaces, joint planning and operation of conferences and offline events and content creation, and joint planning and development of new AI education content.
The two companies stressed that the agreement is meaningful because it will build a content cooperation model centred on AI agents and practical training content using DeepAgentBuilder, expandable into various formats such as video, text and books.
BrainCrew CEO Kyeong-rok Lee (이경록) said the agreement would be an important opportunity to spread content that helps people understand and use AI technology more easily. He said the company will continue to present practical, work-focused AI education content through cooperation with HanbitN.
HanbitN CEO Baek-jun Lim (임백준) said HanbitN specialises in planning and distributing IT and AI education content, and expects the agreement to further strengthen its AI content competitiveness. He said the company will continue to expand AI learning content that can be applied directly to work together with BrainCrew.
