Douzone Bizon said on April 7 it has officially launched WEHAGO T AI Edition, which includes Proactive AI that prepares and proposes needed tasks in advance.

WEHAGO T AI Edition is a service that newly applies a task-preparation AI to WEHAGO T ONE AI, checking, preparing and proposing needed work in advance by analysing workflow and data.

The company said Proactive AI is an AI agent that identifies workflow and data, and performs and proposes needed tasks in advance instead of waiting for user commands. As the AI prepares complex and repetitive work first, users can focus on final checks and decisions.

The company also stressed it resolved security issues such as information leaks and access rights that are raised when some open-source-based AI services are used for work.

It also applied retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology to enable the AI to use company data safely, as well as function call technology that can execute specific tasks requested by users.

A Douzone Bizon official said, "We have been planning and preparing an intelligent AI secretary model for a long time so that AI can go beyond being a simple tool and become a secretary that helps experts."
