Madrascheck said on Monday it launched a "project design AI agent" for its collaboration tool Flow.
With the update, Flow is accelerating its shift from a simple management tool to an "AI collaboration platform" that intervenes from the planning stage, the company stressed.
The company said AI functions in existing collaboration tools have remained in post-task support roles such as summarising meeting minutes or organising documents. It said the Flow AI agent instead focuses on the role of a project "architect". When users enter a project goal or upload an existing Excel WBS or planning document, the AI analyses the project context and automatically designs the overall structure, detailed task list and schedule flow.
Madrascheck described Flow's key differentiator as AI that understands workflow and creates an executable structure, rather than one-off AI that merely responds to questions.
Flow aims to address three core challenges companies have repeatedly faced in adopting AI: lower productivity, high cost structures and security risks, through the launch of the AI agent.
Lee Hak-joon (이학준), Madrascheck's chief executive, said most AI only responds at the level of individual questions, while Flow AI thinks in units of workflow. He said the company will create a new collaboration environment in which people focus on judgement and decisions and AI takes on the start of the work.
