AI security and authentication platform company RaonSecure said on Wednesday it signed a business agreement with Upstage to develop and commercialise Agentic AI security automation.
The companies plan to introduce an 'Agentic AI-based security automation platform' within this year. The focus is to reorganise corporate security operations around AI, beyond simple function automation.
To that end, RaonSecure will provide security technologies such as policy data, work flows and control systems. Upstage will handle judgment and response using its LLM, Solar.
The companies will use the partnership to pursue a broad market push. They plan to expand applications across industries, including finance, public sector and defence, which have high security and regulatory requirements, as well as telecommunications, platforms, commerce, healthcare and manufacturing, which handle large-scale user data.
RaonSecure and Upstage will also accelerate development of 'AAM (Agentic AI Management)' for identity verification and access control for Agentic AI. AAM is a model that sets verifiable identities and role scopes for each Agentic AI and ensures it operates only within permitted authority. RaonSecure will use the collaboration to secure leadership in the Agentic AI security automation market and speed its transition into an AI-based digital trust infrastructure company.
RaonSecure Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Tae-jin Kim (김태진) said, "At a time when not only security but also various industries such as finance, manufacturing and leisure are shifting to AI, an Agentic AI-based system that makes its own judgments and responses will become a new technology standard." He added, "We will work with Upstage to build a trust-based security environment where companies can collaborate safely with AI."
