ETech System, an affiliate of Etvers Group, has officially obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022, an International Organization for Standardization information security management system certification, it said on Monday.

The certification was conducted for Planet, Etvers Group’s B2B marketplace. Etvers Group stressed that the certification proved its global-level security management capabilities across all functions installed on Planet and the overall system environment.

Following the certification, it plans to advance its information security management system and expand regular security monitoring and employee security training to respond preemptively to cyber security threats.

Park Young-joon (박영준), president of Etvers Group’s management support division, said the ISO 27001 certification was the result of continued investment so that all Etvers Group customers, affiliates and partners can use IT solutions through Planet on a one-stop basis in an internationally verified safe environment. He said the group will continue to strengthen service capabilities and security investment centred on Planet to maximise customer convenience, while gradually expanding international certifications across key systems and service areas of its affiliates.
