Rapolabs, which operates Queenit, a lifestyle platform for people in their 40s and 50s, said on Sunday it will hire about 50 experienced workers across all roles.
The hiring is aimed at advancing a multichannel strategy for lifestyle commerce for people in their 40s and 50s. Under the concept of “MARKET RESET”, it is recruiting key talent to lead a reshaping of the commerce market. In its tech organization, it is hiring for server and front-end, machine learning and data analysis engineering roles. In its business organization, it is focusing on commerce strategy, business development, marketing and HR roles.
Successful hires will be offered stock options worth up to 200 million won. Applications are open until Jan. 18. The process ends with compensation discussions after document screening and job and culture interviews.
A Rapolabs official said the hiring is not a simple addition of staff but an important turning point for reshaping the commerce market for people in their 40s and 50s. The official added the company expects talent to join and help create market change.
