[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Cybersecurity company Arqwolf Networks has acquired exposure assessment startup Cervco Security, SiliconANGLE reported on Feb. 23 local time.

The specific terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2020, Cervco provides a platform that evaluates enterprise IT asset exposure in real time. The platform overcomes the limitations of existing security tools that operate separately by integrating source data across on-premises networks, cloud services, mobile devices and user IDs and continuously reflecting asset status, the company said.

Arqwolf plans to integrate Cervco’s technology into its platform to strengthen asset intelligence, vulnerability context and the scope of security controls. Dan Sciappa (댄 시아파), Arqwolf’s president of technology services, said, "If you do not manage exposure and risk, proactive security response is impossible." He said the acquisition would help customers and MSPs effectively verify risk reduction.
