RaonSecure, an AI security and authentication platform company, said on Monday it will begin implementing an “AI-focused management roadmap”. It includes setting up an AI business division, expanding specialist staffing and launching an agentic AI-based security automation platform within the year.
RaonSecure said it has expanded and reorganised its existing AI research institute into an AI business division and established a system to pursue research and development and commercialisation at the same time. The organisation will consist of about 80 people, including AI specialist developers and business development staff. It plans to continue hiring to expand its AI-based security business.
According to the company, the AI business division’s first task is developing an agentic AI-based security automation platform. Development is already under way, with a launch planned within the year. The goal is to implement an “autonomous security operations system” in which AI independently manages overall corporate security operations.
The platform understands natural-language commands and automatically performs the entire process, from creating accounts, managing privileges, detecting threats, taking response actions, and analysing and reporting, in line with security policies tailored to each company. The company said AI will continuously manage member accounts and privileges to reduce operational burden and minimise security gaps caused by errors and omissions. It said the platform will improve operational efficiency and security accuracy at the same time.
RaonSecure said it will also respond pre-emptively to external threats targeting agentic AI itself. It plans to build an “agentic AI guardrails” system that detects and blocks in real time abnormal access, command hijacking and attempts to abuse privileges against agentic AI.
RaonSecure said it plans to expand its existing account access and privilege management and blockchain-based digital ID business into AI-based security and digital trust infrastructure through the shift to AI-centred management. As agentic AI spreads and AI security management emerges as a new core infrastructure area, it said it will lead the market based on competitiveness in authentication and digital identity technologies.
RaonSecure CEO Soon-hyung Lee (이순형) said, “In the AI era, security goes beyond simply blocking threats to building a trusted environment where people, organisations and AI can collaborate safely.” He said, “RaonSecure will present standards for the digital trust infrastructure needed in the agentic AI era based on digital identity authentication technology.”
