Interaction AI agent company Buzzvil said on Monday it has officially launched the 'AI Committee', a practice community for companywide AI transformation.
The AI Committee aims to transform the company into an 'AI Native' business in which all employees use AI as a daily work tool. It includes employees from planning, data and development, and operates as a flexible committee in which members keep their core roles while investing about 20 percent of their work time in AI-led work innovation.
Buzzvil said that although AI technology has reached a level capable of transforming knowledge work overall, there is a gap in awareness in the field about how it can be used. To narrow that gap, the AI Committee plans to quickly present prototypes that use AI agents to solve repetitive tasks or workflow bottlenecks, encouraging voluntary participation by employees.
Over the next 1 to 2 months, it will conduct work interviews focused on non-development roles. It will concentrate on rapid experiments by selecting high-impact tasks and implementing results within 1 to 2 days. It plans to share successful cases across the company to establish AI use as a basic capability throughout the organisation.
Buzzvil Chief Technology Officer Joo-eun Seo (서주은) said, "AI technology advances rapidly on a weekly basis, often quickly invalidating previous judgments." Seo said, "We will establish a culture in which all employees directly verify AI's real range of possibilities and improve their work on their own, and become a true AI Native company."
