Hecto Healthcare said on Feb. 24 it has fully revamped the subscription service for its probiotic brand Desimone. It eased the minimum subscription maintenance period to six deliveries from 12. The company said it focused on lowering the burden of signing up for new customers and expanding benefits for existing subscribers across the brand.
It also expanded the range of subscription benefits. It introduced “Subscription Plus”, which provides monthly subscribers with a 50 percent discount coupon that can be used on product lines beyond Desimone. Eligible items include Kids Multivitamin TokTok and Kids Omega3 Smart Chew from kids-focused brand Kim Seok-jinLAB, a range of health functional foods, and O2 Booster, which is based on a functional formula developed by Professor Desimone. The company also offers a “combined shipping” service that allows products purchased through Subscription Plus to be delivered together with subscription items, reducing the burden of shipping fees.
Chief Executive Kim Seok-jin (김석진) of Hecto Healthcare said, “We redesigned the structure itself so customers can start a subscription without 부담 and keep it going steadily.” He added, “We will make customer trust and long-term relationships our core values and continue to refine the subscription model by reflecting actual consumption patterns and daily routines.”
