JobKorea said on March 31 it opened its integrated solution, Hiring Center, for some companies. The platform lets companies run the entire recruitment process in a single environment.
Hiring Center supports integrated management of overall corporate hiring in one place. Companies can handle the full process, from registering job postings to applicant management, communication and operations management, through a single interface.
The company said it integrates recruitment functions that were previously dispersed, serving as a recruitment operations hub that allows companies to manage hiring operations within one flow.
It is operated as a workspace that allows multiple recruiters to collaborate. JobKorea stressed it provides integrated functions needed for recruitment operations, including viewing applicant lists by posting, managing hiring stages, communicating with applicants, schedule management and checking reports.
The Hiring Center also partially reflects JobKorea’s in-house AI-based Talent Agent feature. Talent Agent is an AI hiring support function that understands recruiters’ intent through natural-language dialogue and suggests suitable candidates by analysing the requirements and context embedded in postings. It supports more refined hiring decisions by recommending candidates based on hiring context and presenting the reasons for the recommendations, moving away from a keyword-search-centred approach to talent discovery.
JobKorea plans to continue upgrading AI-based hiring support, including the feature, and to expand the integrated hiring environment through links between services.
Seung-ho Jeong (정승호), JobKorea’s chief product officer, said, “As the hiring environment changes rapidly, corporate recruitment methods are also evolving in a more efficient and sophisticated direction.” He added, “Centred on Hiring Center, we will organically connect various recruitment services to reduce the burden of corporate recruitment operations and support more effective talent acquisition.”
