IMI-operated game item trading site ItemMania will hold an event to mark the opening of the new 'Road Nine' server, 'Dinaferi', it said on Sunday.

The event runs from March 27 to April 23 and a promotion centered on mileage benefits worth a total of 2 billion won will be offered. It will provide step-by-step benefits including early user support, payment benefits and rewards linked to gameplay.

First, the '2 billion won growth boost from Bay & Mania!' event will provide mileage worth 100,000 won. The mileage can be used to trade items on the 'Road Nine' Dinaferi server, and both new and existing members can receive it.

Benefits are also available at the payment stage. If users buy a Google gift card through the event page, they will receive mileage as a reward equivalent to 5 percent of the purchase amount.

Mileage will be paid additionally for those who buy a Google gift card and complete missions. Missions include listing items on the Dinaferi server, completing a first trade, making trades of 100,000 won or more, and verifying trading history on other companies. An additional 5 percent mileage based on the purchased Google gift card will be paid, with up to 50,000 won in total to be provided.

Another event will pay package support worth 5,500 won to those who buy the in-game 'Growth Support Package' and verify it on the event page.

An IMI official said the focus was on ensuring users can receive benefits throughout the entire process of using the game. The official added it will continue to provide a trading environment through promotions and service improvements.
