MegazoneCloud, an AI and cloud company, said on Feb. 23 it will cooperate with AI-based biotech company CellKey AI on global business for next-generation bio AI solutions.

The companies plan to pursue joint business opportunities in earnest by expanding CellKey AI’s bio vertical AI technology and solutions into global markets such as Japan and the United States, based on MegazoneCloud’s global business network and cloud capabilities.

MegazoneCloud will provide cloud and AI infrastructure, and CellKey AI will run its bio vertical AI agent, BioEOS, in MegazoneCloud’s infrastructure environment. The companies will work to optimize and advance BioEOS operations. They also plan to expand cooperation from adoption consulting to proof of concept and operational support for pharmaceutical and bio companies and hospitals.

Dong-hoon Yum (염동훈), CEO of MegazoneCloud, said the bio industry is seeing data scale and complexity grow rapidly, making the combination of stable cloud infrastructure and AI analytics capabilities essential. He said the companies will continue cooperation so that CellKey AI’s specialized platform, combined with MegazoneCloud’s infrastructure, can produce tangible results usable in pharmaceutical, bio and medical settings.
