Kiwoom Securities said on Wednesday that users of its artificial intelligence-based business advisory chatbot service have surpassed 300,000.
The AI business advisory chatbot is a digital financial assistant that responds to customer inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Using generative AI technology, it provides tailored answers to complex questions, including those involving conditional searches or formulas.
If generative AI answers are not sufficient, users can immediately continue the consultation via chat with a specialist adviser. The number of customers handled per day was 1,400 right after the service launched in September last year, but exceeded a daily peak of 8,400 as of last month.
A Kiwoom Securities official said, "We will continue to advance our AI-based advisory services and steadily improve convenience for customers seeking business consultations."
