ITCEN Info U said on Tuesday it has presented ways to resolve a "data use gap" that it described as a hurdle to adopting artificial intelligence, through cases of advancing a Databricks-based data platform.

The company said global manufacturer A aims to create an environment where tens of thousands of employees can view and analyse product data in real time without knowing programming languages. ITCEN Info U subdivided analysis environments by department using Databricks Genie, which automatically converts questions in everyday language into analysis code and provides results.

It explained that by applying an "intelligent agent (Routing Agent)" structure that analyses user intent and automatically connects to the optimal analysis tool or API, on-site staff can secure grounds for immediate business decision-making through conversation alone, without complex extraction processes.

Virtual asset exchange B sought to solve a problem in which each department used different criteria for producing data. ITCEN Info U introduced Databricks Metric View, which provides a standardised logical model by integrating and defining enterprise-wide business logic and terminology as one. Metric View serves as a central bridge for all analysis tools and supports all departments in interpreting complex indicators specific to the financial sector using the same formulas and criteria.

ITCEN Info U stressed that it has completed more than 10 key projects by industry, including for global manufacturer A and virtual asset exchange B, as well as resolving data silos at a game company, cloud migration to move a telecommunications company's on-premises resources to the cloud, and building a shipbuilder's data lakehouse combining the advantages of low-cost storage and a high-performance management system.

Based on this, it recently obtained Databricks' DPP (Delivery Partner Program) certification, which comprehensively verifies enterprise data transformation capabilities, and was promoted to the strengthened 2026 standard Silver Tier partner. This qualification is held by only about 5 companies in South Korea.

Lee Jong-bok (이종복), CEO of ITCEN Info U, said, "Based on proven implementation experience across industries including manufacturing and finance, we will provide optimal solutions so companies can transform data into practical business assets."
