Apple unveiled a business platform, Apple Business, that combines device management, email and brand tools, it said on Tuesday.

Apple Business provides mobile device management (MDM), work email, calendar and directory, and brand and location management in a single platform. It will launch for free from April 14 in more than 200 countries and regions, including the United States. With the launch, its existing Essentials, Manager and Connect services will end.

Apple Business uses "Blueprints" to deploy devices in bulk with pre-configured settings and apps. It supports zero-touch deployment, allowing staff to use a new device as soon as they open it. The feature had previously been available only in the United States. Managed Apple accounts separate work and personal data on devices using encryption and can automatically create new employee accounts by linking with external ID services.

Its email, calendar and directory services have also been newly integrated. Companies can connect an existing custom domain or buy a new domain. It supports functions such as calendar delegation, a company directory and personalised contact cards. Using email, calendar and directory functions requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.

Susan Prescott (수전 프레스콧), Apple's vice president of enterprise and education marketing, said Apple Business "shows an important leap in Apple's decades-long efforts to help businesses of all sizes run and grow their operations by leveraging the powerful capabilities of Apple products and services." She said it integrates "Apple's most powerful business solutions into a single simple and secure platform," including built-in device management, collaboration tools and additional ways to reach new customers, providing core functions needed by organisations at every stage and across industries.
