KB Kookmin Bank said on March 25 it held a customer-invitation seminar, 'KB Golden Life Golden Class', at the Daejeon Convention Center on March 24 to support senior customers preparing for retirement.
KB Golden Life Golden Class is a tailored seminar program that combines financial and non-financial content to reflect demand from senior customers. It was designed to broaden regional customer touchpoints by expanding beyond its previous focus on the Seoul metropolitan area.
The seminar had 3 sessions. In the first, announcer Geum-hee Lee (이금희) gave a lecture on communication and relationship-building under the theme, 'Speaking that connects each other's lives.' In the second, Se-hwan Kim (김세환), a deputy general manager at KB Securities, introduced asset allocation strategies reflecting recent market trends. In the third, Hye-jin Ji (지혜진), a lawyer at KB Kookmin Bank, explained inheritance planning information under the theme, 'A retirement-asset strategy completed through inheritance.'
KB Kookmin Bank supports retirement planning through its senior-focused brand KB Golden Life. It provides wealth management services centered on 18 Golden Life Centers nationwide. It also operates wealth management and retirement planning programs in collaboration with various institutions.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said the bank plans to expand the program to Daegu and Busan, starting with the Daejeon seminar. The official said it will continue to expand financial and non-financial services for senior customers.
