LG Uplus said on Tuesday it will strengthen its digital content lineup by collaborating with Hyundai Card DIVE, Hyundai Card’s digital culture content platform.
According to the company, LG Uplus has operated the Plus menu, a digital content channel within its integrated U+one app, since October last year. Various content is uploaded every week under the theme, “A space where customers’ daily lives become Plus.”
LG Uplus has run Plus with content it planned itself, but it decided to collaborate with Hyundai Card DIVE to offer richer content to customers. Digital content uploaded to the Plus menu can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of mobile carrier.
To mark the collaboration, LG Uplus and Hyundai Card DIVE also prepared promotions for customers of both companies.
Through April 17, users who watch at least 3 Hyundai Card DIVE contents on the Plus menu and choose 1 content that fits their taste to enter will receive prizes. Entries can be submitted on the “ONE PICK that hits my taste” content page within the Plus menu.
As an offline benefit, the companies will provide free tickets through the end of this month for Donald Judd’s exhibition, “Donald Judd: Furniture,” being held at Hyundai Card Storage in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Kim Won-gi (김원기), head of the Digital CX Tribe at LG Uplus, said he was pleased to be able to offer differentiated content and benefits to LG Uplus customers through the collaboration with Hyundai Card DIVE. He said the company would strengthen differentiation in the telecoms market through collaborations with various artists and companies.
