[Digital Today reporter Lee Ji-young (이지영)] Naver Pay said on Thursday it upgraded the listings map in its Npay Real Estate service through a revamp of its real estate offering.

The revamp improved the map so users can check listing prices and actual transaction prices on the map more intuitively. If users select "complex" from the classification criteria on the right side of the map, listing prices and actual transaction prices are displayed together for each complex. Saved listings and complexes set by users also appear on the map as icons.

Customised exploration functions were also strengthened. Using the top filter, users can screen listings by exclusive area as well as by entrance structure, including stairwell, corridor and mixed types.

The "education" and "convenience" categories also added various living-infrastructure information, including academies, department stores and pharmacies, as well as schools. The service was also improved so multiple conditions can be applied at the same time.

The PC service was also revamped to the same level as mobile. On the real estate home screen, users can check rapidly rising popular listings and saved listings they recently viewed. Search functions on the listings map were also improved to enable complex searches and viewing popular listings.

A filter function was also applied so users can combine desired conditions in searches without distinguishing among listing types such as apartments, villas, commercial properties and land.
