[DigitalToday Jin-ho Lee] Yoo Young-sang (유영상), former CEO of SK Telecom, received about 3.4 billion won in pay last year.

SKT's 2025 business report, released on March 18, showed Yoo's total compensation last year was 3.41 billion won. His salary was 1.54 billion won and his bonus was 1.82 billion won. Yoo also received about 47 million won in executive welfare benefits.

SKT set the bonus by comprehensively considering target achievement levels for quantitative indicators, including 2024 revenue and operating profit, and non-quantitative indicators, including the execution of strategic tasks and leadership to create management performance, based on roles, positions, leadership and compensation payment standards. It paid the bonus early last year.

Jung Jae-heon (정재헌), the current CEO who served as chief governance officer, or CGO, through October last year, received 2.079 billion won in compensation last year. Jung worked as SKT's CGO from January to October last year and was appointed CEO in November that year.

SKT set and paid Jung's salary at 1.0 billion won for January to October last year and 1.4 billion won after his appointment as CEO. Jung's executive welfare benefits last year were 12 million won.
