Com2uS said on Tuesday it held a launch ceremony for the 15th cohort of its college supporter programme, Com2uS Player.
Com2uS Player is a supporter activity in which college students interested in the game industry produce recruitment-related content themselves. Recruitment for the 15th cohort drew the largest number of applicants on record, and 12 people were selected. At the launch ceremony held on March 6, the company shared roles and operating plans with the selected participants.
The 15th Com2uS Player cohort will produce recruitment content through late August, including coverage of internal and external events and interviews with employees. The content will be released through Com2uS official recruitment social media, including the YouTube channel Wellcom2us and Instagram. The company will list the creator's name on all content so it can be used as a portfolio.
Com2uS will provide communication with staff in charge during the activity period and structured guidance. It will arrange opportunities to engage with current employees to help with career exploration and indirect experience of jobs.
All participants will receive a monthly activity allowance, and teams with strong performance will receive separate awards. The company will provide mentoring by working-level staff, and graduates who later apply for Com2uS internship recruitment will receive additional points in the document screening stage.
