A payment failure error is occurring at Naver Pay.
On Wednesday, Naver Pay said in a notice that errors were occurring in payments and reservations and that it was urgently checking the issue.
The error, which began around noon, includes problems such as failures to check points and make point payments on order pages, failures to view payment and event history, in-store point and money payments being unavailable, and Pay Money Card payment failures.
Naver Pay said it would provide further guidance through a notice once the service is restored.
