Sweet Spot posts 28.1 billion won in 2025 sales, records first annual profit

Sweet Spot, a company specialising in pop-up and commercial retail, said on March 17 it recorded 28.1 billion won in sales in 2025 and switched to an annual profit for the first time since its founding.

Sweet Spot's 2025 sales grew about 70 percent from 16.6 billion won a year earlier. Operating profit for the period was 438.8 million won.

The company said its core businesses of pop-up store operations and commercial retail asset management both grew. It said the pop-up store business built an integrated operating system covering planning, construction and operations, based on experience running more than 8,700 projects cumulatively.

Sweet Spot said it plans to widen its growth by continuing to invest in service upgrades and strengthening technology-based platform capabilities, backed by a stable financial structure.

Sweet Spot CEO Jung-soo Kim (김정수) said, "This switch to profitability is the result of vast operating data and know-how accumulated over the past 10 years as we developed the market coming to fruition." He said, "Sweet Spot has already established itself as a trusted leader in the domestic pop-up store and retail market, and we will accelerate market innovation based on differentiated expertise and data, and continue to present a new standard for offline retail."
