JobKorea, Albamon say AI-focused main overhaul lifts clicks and applications

JobKorea and Albamon, operated by Workspere, said on Monday that users’ job-ad click-through and application conversion rates rose a month after a revamp of their main services.

After the overhaul, job-ad click-through rates for JobKorea and Albamon rose 298 percent and 158 percent, respectively, from before the revamp. Application conversion at JobKorea also increased about 35 percent versus its earlier recommendation system, helped by an upgrade to its "Recommendation 3.0" applied at the time of the overhaul.

Albamon’s application conversion rate rose 119 percent from before after it applied a new main UI. A JobKorea official said, "The overhaul delivered results by providing AI-based personalized job postings that jobseekers needed most."

Yo-seop Kim (김요섭), JobKorea’s chief technology officer, said, "The results are meaningful because revamping every element — including adding AI functions with a jobseeker focus, app design and the product structure — led to higher actual service satisfaction." He added, "We will work to provide optimized information in line with the rapidly changing hiring market and continue to innovate the job-search experience through the development and commercialization of AI agents."
