Security firm Checkpoint will acquire 3 startups, SiliconANGLE reported on Wednesday.

The acquisitions are worth a combined $150 million.

Checkpoint first acquired Tel Aviv-based Cyclops Security for $85 million. Cyclops developed a data lake platform that analyzes cybersecurity data across enterprise infrastructure to identify risk factors. It integrates with more than 150 third-party software products to standardize data and uses AI models to help detect security vulnerabilities.

Checkpoint also acquired Cyata Security, which sets AI agent security guardrails, and Rotait, which developed a security platform for managed service providers (MSPs). Rotait provides technology to detect various risks, including employees' vulnerable devices, phishing attacks and weak passwords. Checkpoint plans to expand its foothold in the MSP market through the Rotait acquisition.
