Nexon said on Thursday it will release 'In the Jungle', the first major expansion downloadable content (DLC) for its development unit Mintrocket’s 'Dave the Diver', on June 18.

The company said the DLC allows players to explore Utara, a jungle village where time passes in real time, carry out various requests and encounter a new ecosystem in a vast lake. New systems reflecting the jungle setting include the jungle restaurant Bancho Grill and the Jungle Gun, a weapon that transforms into different forms depending on the situation, offering a different gameplay experience.

Mintrocket also unveiled two package versions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. The Complete Edition includes all DLC, including 'In the Jungle'. The Collector’s Edition includes various limited goods such as a Bancho Sushi Restaurant acrylic stand, 4 metal pin badges and a dolphin pendant necklace. Domestic pre-order and release schedules for the package versions will be announced later.

Hwang Jae-ho (황재호), chief executive of Mintrocket, said the 'In the Jungle' DLC will carry on the appeal shown in the existing Dave while also introducing new systems, environments and characters. He said he hopes for high expectations for the new DLC featuring the stories of Dave and his colleagues unfolding in the jungle village of Utara.
