Thomas Dohmke (토마스 돔케), former CEO of GitHub, has founded development tools startup Entire and raised $60 million in seed funding at a $300 million valuation, TechCrunch reported on Monday.
The funding round was led by Felicis.
Entire is developing an open-source tool to effectively manage code generated by AI agents. It includes a git-compatible database that integrates AI-generated code, a "universal semantic inference layer" that enables multiple AI agents to collaborate, and an interface designed for AI-human collaboration. Its first product, Checkpoints, automatically links AI-generated code with context such as prompts and conversation history, helping developers understand and improve the coding process.
Dohmke said, "The volume of code generated by AI agents has gone beyond what humans can handle," adding, "Existing manual software production systems are not suitable for the AI era."
He led the GitHub Copilot project while serving as GitHub CEO and founded Entire after stepping down in August 2025.
