Riad Corporation, a B2B travel booking solution company, said on Wednesday it launched yeyak.ai, an AI-based B2B travel service that supports hotel quotes and booking operations management.
Yeyak is a B2B-only service that enables integrated management of the entire group lodging operation process, from hotel sourcing and quote management to creating booking pages and managing participant reservations.
Riad Corporation expanded and developed quote management and booking operations functions based on hotel data and operating experience accumulated while running its hotel booking platform Ria Travel. Yeyak.ai supports searching global hotel room information and collecting and comparing quotes by communicating in real time with multiple hotel contacts.
Lee Byung-joo (이병주), chief executive of Riad Corporation, said yeyak.ai is a dedicated AI service that can maximise lodging operations efficiency in the global B2B travel industry, based on extensive hotel data and operating experience accumulated so far. He said the company plans to continue developing the service beyond hotel bookings to cover transportation such as flights, to manage overall travel operations.
