Krafton said on Tuesday it has published for the first time its '2025 CSR Impact Report,' an impact report on its social contribution activities.

The report reflects Krafton’s results in contributing to the creation of social value, including training about 1,380 digital and artificial intelligence (AI) talents from 2020 to 2025 and building cumulative donations of more than 17.4 billion won. It is structured around 3 strategic pillars: digital talent development, community engagement and giving, and building an inclusive digital ecosystem.

Its digital talent development programmes trained about 1,380 global digital and AI talents through various domestic and overseas programmes, including Better Ground, Krafton Jungle and an AI Fellowship. Krafton Jungle is now in its 12th cohort and is expanding and operating curricula across 3 tracks: software, SW-AI Lab, Game Lab and Game Tech Lab.

Its community engagement and giving programme supports various difficulties faced by global communities, with members directly stepping in to provide support in areas such as disaster events, protection of abandoned animals and helping children who have left care become self-reliant. Krafton built cumulative donations of more than 17.4 billion won, including matching grants in which the company adds a set amount to employee donations. It also said about 2,000 members took part in volunteering, mentoring and donations by contributing their talent and effort to practise voluntary giving.

Its inclusive digital ecosystem programme aims to expand games into culture and create a healthy digital ecosystem where the values of diversity and inclusion coexist. Krafton said it will continue to expand its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, strengthen communication with stakeholders and contribute to sustainable social development.
