Metacore Global, a provider of SAP performance management and intelligent IT solutions, said on Feb. 10 it has supplied OWLens to a SAP S/4HANA migration project at a major South Korean company.
The company said the client adopted OWLens as it pursues a shift from a SAP ECC environment to a S/4HANA system, aiming to secure a stable performance management framework across its SAP operating environment and improve operational efficiency after the transition.
Under the contract, Metacore Global plans to help build real-time integrated performance monitoring, early detection of system load and abnormal signs, and a framework for root-cause analysis and response when incidents occur for SAP S/4HANA systems, enabling stable system operations even in large-scale SAP environments.
OWLens is a SAP-specialised performance management solution that has obtained SAP integrated certification. It features real-time monitoring of complex SAP operating environments through a single console, or ONE-UI. It provides visibility and insights across SAP operations by preventing incidents in advance through detailed transaction-level analysis and point-in-time performance tracking, and by offering statistical analysis reports based on detailed data collected in seconds.
Lee Dae-jin (이대진), chief executive of Metacore Global, said, "We consider it meaningful to apply OWLens to an enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA migration project, and we will do our best to provide support so that a stable performance management system can be established." He added, "Winning this project is a meaningful starting point for this year's business, and on that basis we will pursue faster-paced sales and marketing activities to strengthen our position in the SAP performance management market."
