IntoCNS, a veterinary hospital chart company, said on March 10 it has updated its on-premise EMR, IntoVet GE, by upgrading the Naver Booking integration function to meet on-site needs.

The company said the expanded function lets veterinary hospitals check and respond in real time to consultations and Naver bookings within the chart they use without switching screens. It said this reduces the risk of missed reservations and creates an environment in which medical staff can focus more on treatment.

Previously, the ability to check booking details within IntoVet GE was limited, but the upgraded integration now allows users to see at a glance on the chart the full status of bookings coming in from external platforms such as Naver.

An IntoCNS official said the company significantly upgraded the integration so users can manage Naver Booking more efficiently, calling it the booking channel customers use most and, in practice, a key route for patient inflow. The official said the company will continue to closely reflect functions actually needed in the field as a leading veterinary hospital EMR company and keep building an environment in which the flow of booking, treatment and operations is not interrupted.
