AD Technology said in a regulatory filing on Sunday it posted 2025 consolidated revenue of 164.5 billion won and an operating profit of 2.8 billion won. Revenue rose 54.4 percent from a year earlier. Operating profit swung to a gain from a 16.9 billion won loss a year earlier.
The company said the improvement was driven by higher profitability as high value-added projects moved into full swing. It added that results improved as its transaction structure with TSMC changed. It said it delivered results by shifting from its past value creation alliance (VCA) approach to a design service partner (DSP) model that provides independent design services.
Net profit was 3.4 billion won. That compared with a 15.1 billion won loss a year earlier. Profitability at its subsidiaries also improved. The company said the recovery at its headquarters spread across the broader group.
Total assets rose to 293.4 billion won from 244.8 billion won a year earlier. Total liabilities increased to 157.7 billion won from 113.2 billion won. Total equity was 135.7 billion won, up slightly from 131.6 billion won. Paid-in capital was unchanged at 6.7 billion won.
