IntoCNS, a veterinary hospital chart company, said on Feb. 9 it will officially launch Intolog, an AI call management solution dedicated to veterinary hospitals. Intolog goes beyond existing recording systems, with AI automatically recording and analyzing all consultation content from the moment a call begins.

Intolog automatically records all calls and provides a function in which AI immediately summarises them into text. There is no need to take notes during calls, and needed information can be searched immediately. Recording starts automatically when a pet owner’s call is connected, and when the call ends the AI transcribes the conversation into text in real time. Records are automatically matched with customer information, and the AI distinguishes between new and existing pet owners.

IntoCNS plans to focus, through the launch of Intolog, on innovating on-site communication and CS operations at hospitals on a data basis. An IntoCNS official said, "Using Intolog makes the consultation process much clearer because you can look up and manage call details with pet owners." The official added, "As it can help confirm facts even in dispute situations when needed, it will be a solution that improves the stability and efficiency of hospital operations."
