Kakao Games said on March 9 it was selected as an overall top performer in the Korea Exchange-hosted 2025 Kosdaq disclosure excellence company awards.

The Korea Exchange selects disclosure excellence companies each year by comprehensively evaluating qualitative and quantitative indicators such as disclosure performance and investor communication for Kosdaq-listed firms. This year, 15 companies, including Kakao Games, were selected as disclosure excellence companies.

Kakao Games said it was recognised for transparently disclosing corporate management and investment information based on ongoing communication with capital markets, and for systematically strengthening the accuracy and timeliness of its disclosures. It was named an overall top performer.

The company also discloses management and financial status information transparently through the investor relations page on its website, and continues communication with the market by providing timely guidance on information related to major management issues.

A Kakao Games official said it was meaningful that the company’s continued efforts to provide accurate and transparent information were recognised. The official said the company would continue trust with the market through faithful disclosures and responsible communication.
