Saramin to launch natural-language search-based AI agent service in March

Career platform Saramin said on March 9 it has overhauled its entry-level and intern services to help users prepare for jobs with an AI agent.

The revamped service has AI learn users' job-seeking intent in real time, including resume information and job-posting clicks. It provides curation tailored to majors and preferred roles and closely supports job preparation.

Saramin plans to launch a natural-language search-based AI agent service in March that goes beyond keyword search, identifies user intent and suggests the best jobs while helping career growth.

Saramin has rolled out various AI services centered on its AI-focused research organisation, AI LAB, established in 2014, the company said.

For job seekers, it operates AI job-search services including AI cover-letter coaching that drafts and edits self-introduction letters, AI mock interviews that provide feedback after interviews with an AI human, and AI job-posting recommendations that show postings based on analysis of individual behavior data.

It also provides a "talent pool" service that first finds and proposes the best candidates matching conditions, as well as an "AI job posting creation" function that automatically generates job-posting content.

A Saramin official said the AI natural-language search service to be launched in March will resolve inconveniences users face during the job search process and become an innovative tool to find jobs in the smartest way. The official added Saramin will continue building an AI job-search ecosystem in which companies and job seekers connect and grow faster and more accurately, based on the company's distinctive AI capabilities in the HR field.
