HS Hyosung Information Systems is expanding its support beyond an AI platform integrating GPU servers and storage to include AI agents and LLMOps. It plans to strengthen its partner ecosystem and provide end-to-end solutions covering the full cycle from AI adoption to operations to support sustainable AI transformation.
HS Hyosung Information Systems on Thursday held a "2026 AI Transformation Strategy Briefing" and unveiled the direction for advancing its AI platform. The briefing presented a portfolio strategy to expand from an AI platform centered on hardware infrastructure to software solutions.
Lee Seong (이성), head of the DX Business Division at HS Hyosung Information Systems, said, "2026 will be the year to produce results beyond AI experiments." He added, "Based on data, cloud and storage infrastructure and a broad partner ecosystem, we will support the entire AI strategy process."
The company stressed building a full-stack AI platform that integrates hardware and software. Its existing AI platform consists of a compute fabric of GPU and HPC servers and low-power Arm servers, a storage fabric comprising AI storage and a data lakehouse, and AIOps responsible for GPU virtualization management. This year, it will expand support through partner cooperation to cover DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and areas for developing and operating AI agents.
Jin-seok Lee (이진석), team leader of the DX Architect Team at HS Hyosung Information System, said, "If until last year the AI platform was biased toward hardware infrastructure such as GPU servers, this year we will expand the scope through partner cooperation to include AI agent development and operations, LLM model management, and integrated management of multimodal data."
He said, "We have entered an era in which companies apply AI to practical work and measure ROI." He added, "We will take responsibility for the infrastructure so customers can spend less time worrying about the infrastructure and focus only on what tasks to apply it to and what productivity improvements to prioritize."
◆ Support for expanding the AI partner ecosystem
HS Hyosung Information Systems is supplying the "UCP Private Cloud AI" solution to respond to demand for corporate data protection and customized AI implementation. The solution is a full-stack private AI cloud platform that combines a GPU-accelerated environment based on UCP (Unified Cloud Platform) and VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) to provide integrated support for the full process from AI model training to inference and operations.
The VSP One data platform enhanced performance as a single platform covering block, file and object storage and SDS. It strengthened capabilities to respond to cyber threats by supporting immutable snapshots, AI-based ransomware detection based on Cybersense, and active-active and active-standby disaster recovery configurations. It also added the VSP 360 integrated data management platform to improve data visibility and operational efficiency. The company also plans to launch a block high-end storage product this year to support large-scale mission-critical workloads and AI environments.
Jung-gyu Yang (양정규), CEO of HS Hyosung Information Systems, said, "Beyond simply adopting technology, the importance of a strategic approach that considers infrastructure and overall operations together is growing." He added, "We will advance infrastructure and platform capabilities for sustainable AI transformation to support customers in creating tangible business results."
