NH NongHyup Bank said on Thursday it signed a "2026 management agreement" on Feb. 5 at its headquarters in Jung-gu, central Seoul, with Chief Executive Kang Tae-young (강태영) and division heads in attendance.

Under the agreement, all divisions shared management targets to be pursued in 2026 and discussed execution plans to achieve them.

The bank said it will pursue sustainable growth by accelerating a shift to Agentic AI and strengthening sales competitiveness. It also said it will reinforce consumer rights-focused management by strengthening financial consumer protection and internal controls.

Kang said, "Through digital and AI innovation, we must provide customers with differentiated financial services and make financial consumer protection our top value." He added, "Let us realise stable and high-quality finance based on customer trust."
