Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, said on Thursday it will pay about 43.1 billion won in settlement funds early to partner merchants ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
The early settlement will be offered to partners using Baemin services including Baemin1 Plus (single-order delivery and value delivery), Open List (store delivery), Baemin pickup orders and grocery and shopping.
The company said partners could receive transaction funds up to 6 days earlier than the existing settlement schedule if the early settlement is applied. Each partner can check the settlement amount and deposit schedule in the settlement details menu on Baemin Self Service.
Seong-gil Choi (최성길), head of Woowa Brothers' Payments and Settlements Product Office, said, "Ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, we will carry out early payment of settlement funds again this year to help our partner merchants run their stores." He added, "We will continue to consider policies that allow partner owners to focus only on running their stores."
