JobKorea, an HR tech platform operated by WorkSpher, said on Tuesday it has fully revamped the main screen of its job service.

The biggest change is a “Today’s AI Insights” feature placed at the top of the main page. AI analyses jobseekers’ tendencies in exploring postings and their behaviour patterns to provide tailored guides, keywords and recommended job listings. It applied its self-developed “AI Recommendation 3.0” model so users can experience a personalised screen reflecting their interests and browsing context without complex searches, it said.

Even without a resume or membership, users can enter simple information such as job type, region and company preferences and AI will suggest tailored postings in real time. It also introduced a “Curation JOB” feature that provides lists by jobseeker interest keywords, including startups, big tech, work-life balance orientation and an increase in the leading digit of annual salary.

JobKorea Chief Technology Officer Yoseop Kim (김요섭) said, “We will evolve beyond simply being an information provider that shows many jobs into an AI recruitment platform that understands and connects jobseekers’ career journeys.” He added, “We will continue to provide sophisticated connection experiences for both individuals and companies based on AI technology.”
