KT M Mobile said on Tuesday it has strengthened benefits for its kids and seniors plans for the start of the school term and will run an event tailored to family customers.
Ahead of the new school term, KT M Mobile cut the monthly fees for four kids plans from this month by 1,000 won each. The plans are Kids Safety 2GB+, 4GB+, 8GB+ and 10GB+. It said the stronger price competitiveness versus rivals, with monthly fees ranging from 5,900 won to 11,900 won, would help parents manage household mobile bills at a more reasonable cost when considering a child’s first mobile phone subscription or a plan change.
It is also running an event in February offering benefits worth up to 250,000 won to family customers who sign up for the kids and seniors plans. Details are available on the direct mall event page.
Byeon Seok-ju (변석주), head of business innovation at KT M Mobile, said the company strengthened the benefits to help customers seeking to cut fixed monthly spending by managing family members’ mobile bills together. He added the company would continue to contribute to reducing the burden of household mobile bills by focusing on tangible benefits.
