Innox Advanced Materials said on Feb. 3 it posted 439.6 billion won in 2025 consolidated revenue and 81.9 billion won in operating profit. Revenue rose 4 percent from a year earlier, while operating profit fell 5.6 percent.

It attributed the revenue increase to higher utilisation rates for semiconductor and display materials and a currency effect. The company said operating profit declined as initial costs were incurred when subsidiary Innox Lithium began trial production.

The company plans to continue growing revenue this year based on visible results in its new materials business. Its semiconductor unit will supply next-generation DAF (Die Attach Film) for DRAM and NAND products to new global customers within the first half.

Its display unit secured new customers for high-performance film for foldable smartphones and for optical materials. Its battery and mobile business unit, launched this year, is conducting final verification to supply materials that prevent heat diffusion in next-generation electric vehicle batteries and electro-responsive film to global automakers within the year.

It also expects a higher revenue contribution from subsidiary Innox Lithium. It is likely to supply its first samples to customers within the first quarter, raising the possibility of supplying mass-produced products to global customers in the first half.

The company is also reshaping its business portfolio. It will sequentially add high value-added specialty materials such as next-generation DAF film, battery thermal management and all-solid-state battery materials. It will build on stable growth in its existing semiconductor and display materials business. It aims to diversify its business structure by adding new materials businesses including battery thermal management, robotics and Physical AI.

An Innox Advanced Materials official said, "Starting in 2026, we will sequentially add a high value-added specialty materials lineup including next-generation DAF film, battery thermal management and all-solid-state battery materials, and through this we will shift the central axis of the business to robotics and Physical AI (Physical AI) materials."
