Dinotisia said on Monday it has selected Korea Investment Securities and Shinhan Securities as joint lead underwriters and has begun full-scale preparations for a stock market listing.

The company said it will work with the two securities firms to prepare the entire pre-listing process, from a technology assessment to preliminary review. It said the underwriters highly rated Dinotisia's VDPU technology, described as the world's first accelerator dedicated to vector data, and the growth potential of its business model spanning hardware and software.

Dinotisia developed the VDPU accelerator optimised for retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, to address limits in long-context retention in large language models and data search bottlenecks. The company said it recently completed the VDPU design and finished tape-out for foundry production. It aims to secure its first silicon chip in June. The company said it is conducting development and verification with a goal of commercialisation in early next year.

Dinotisia said it has already secured customers and is generating revenue through its in-house vector database called Seahorse. It said it recently obtained the top grade, GS Certification Level 1, a software quality certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association for its vector database solution Seahorse.

Dinotisia CEO Moo-kyung Jung (정무경) said the company has steadily built its technology and business foundation over the past 2 years since its founding under the vision of being a data system leader in the AI era. He said he expects 2026 to be the point when the technology and business it has prepared begin to deliver results in the market in earnest. He added that it will aim to take another step forward as a core AI infrastructure company while also preparing its initial public offering in line with that momentum.
