Shinsung E&G said on Monday it will showcase next-generation semiconductor air control solutions at Semicon Korea 2026 (SEMICON Korea 2026), which will be held at COEX in Seoul.
At the exhibition, Shinsung E&G will recreate a cleanroom structure identical to an actual semiconductor production line at the venue. It designed the exhibition space so visitors can intuitively experience the principles of airflow and contamination control.
It will also set up key equipment inside the cleanroom with the same routes and layout as in the field. Using an atomisation visualisation system, it visualised airflow and the movement paths of fine particles in real time.
Shinsung E&G will also highlight its competitiveness in air control technology optimised for semiconductor processes. Key displays include high-efficiency air circulation design, particle and contamination source removal technology, and energy-saving air-conditioning solutions.
A Shinsung E&G official said, "As Semicon Korea 2026 is a place where global semiconductor industry stakeholders gather in one place, we 구성했다"며 "향후 첨단 반도체 공정에 요구되는 공기 제어 솔루션의 방향성을 제시하는 계기가 될 것"이라고 말했다.
