MegazoneCloud has brought in a marketing expert as it seeks to transform into an AI-native company and expand globally. MegazoneCloud said on Sunday it appointed Vice President Jung Hye-in (정혜인) as its new chief marketing officer. Jung will oversee company-wide marketing strategy and operations, focusing on strengthening cooperation with the global partner ecosystem.
Jung led marketing and growth strategy at Google and SK Telecom. Most recently, she served as executive vice president in charge of global go-to-market at global AI company Toplatform, leading global business expansion and efforts to raise market awareness. She is regarded as a marketing expert with experience in both large companies' systematic strategies and startups' agile growth.
MegazoneCloud plans to create customer value by building a "one-team" cooperation framework with key partners. Based on its technology leadership in AI, security and cloud, it plans to strengthen global brand competitiveness and expand its presence in global markets including the United States, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
MegazoneCloud has about 2,000 cloud and AI technology experts and supports digital transformation for about 8,000 customers in South Korea and abroad. It currently operates local subsidiaries in 10 countries including South Korea, North America, Japan, Southeast Asia, Oceania and the Middle East.
