Daishin Securities said on Sunday it has introduced a “simple mode” for banking services on the CYBOS and CREON mobile trading systems and improved key functions.

With simple mode, users can directly set key services such as deposits and withdrawals, transfers and transaction history queries to create a personalised screen, enabling faster and more intuitive banking.

The search function for deposit and withdrawal history has also been strengthened. Detailed searches are now possible using various conditions such as transaction party, amount and memo, allowing users to manage cash flows more efficiently.

It also added a feature that automatically guides users to the relevant financial institution when entering a new account number, reducing inconvenience during transfers.

Fraud prevention services have also been strengthened. If suspicious transactions are detected, it provides alerts to customers. It also created a dedicated tab to allow immediate reporting if financial damage occurs, enabling a swift response.

Along with this, it carried out a UI and UX overhaul to improve readability on the banking home screen and display important information more prominently. Key information such as balances and deposit and withdrawal history is arranged to be seen at a glance, improving accessibility and visibility.
