Flitto, an AI data and solutions company, said on Sunday it supplied its AI interpretation and translation solution, Chat Translation Enterprise, to Shinsegae Department Store-operated luxury venues The Wondershop Cheongdam and House of Shinsegae Cheongdam.
The solution supports up to 37 languages and enables real-time communication with foreign customers. The company said it can provide premium service in tasks requiring detailed explanations, such as exchanges or refunds, not only in English but also for customers of various nationalities including Chinese and Southeast Asian customers.
Earlier, Flitto introduced a real-time conversational AI simultaneous interpretation solution at Shinsegae Department Store's main store and its Gangnam branch.
Flitto CEO Jeong-su Lee (이정수) said, "We will provide differentiated AI language solutions to spaces that value brand identity and customer experience." He added, "We will establish ourselves as a global communication partner."
