Samsung Electronics has added Nvidia's G-SYNC Compatible technology to its 2026 OLED TVs and gaming monitors. Samsung Electronics said on Sunday that its full 2026 OLED TV lineup and major gaming monitors have received Nvidia's G-SYNC Compatible certification.

G-SYNC Compatible is a technology that synchronises a display's refresh rate with a graphics card's frame rate. It minimises "tearing", when the screen appears misaligned, and "stuttering", when it appears to freeze. Certified products are the SH95, SH90 and SH85 OLED TV models and the Odyssey G6 gaming monitor models G61SH and G60H. The products are scheduled to be released this year.

Samsung Electronics' OLED TVs became the first OLED TVs to receive AMD's FreeSync Premium Pro certification in 2023. With the Motion Xcelerator feature, they offer refresh rates of up to 165Hz, although the SH85 model supports up to 120Hz only. The products also apply HDR10+ Advanced, a next-generation HDR standard. The SH95 and SH90 models also apply Glare-Free technology that reduces light reflection and glare.

The 27-inch G60H model in the Odyssey G6 gaming monitor line supports a 600Hz refresh rate at QHD (2560x1440) resolution. With Dual Mode applied, it can go up to an ultra-high 1,040Hz refresh rate based on HD picture quality, and it supports a 1,040Hz ultra-high refresh rate. The 27-inch G61SH model, based on a QD OLED panel, features QHD resolution, a refresh rate of up to 240Hz, a 0.03ms GTG response time and HDR10+ GAMING support.

Lee Sang-wook (이상욱), a vice president in Samsung Electronics' Visual Display Business, said, "Samsung's 2026 OLED TVs and gaming monitors deliver stable picture quality in various environments." He said, "Based on well-finished products, we will provide a display experience that users can trust."
